Is Vacumate Auto safe?
Used the way the manual describes, yes. Start on a low level, build slowly, and stop right away if you feel pain or numbness, or see bruising or spotting. Don't use it on broken, irritated or swollen skin. Always tap quick release before you take the cylinder off.
The cylinder is ABS with a soft silicone seal, and the materials are body-safe and BPA-free. If you have a blood disorder, Peyronie's disease or another health condition, talk to your doctor first.
How do I use it?
- Charge it fully before your first session. It can't run while it's charging.
- Trim the hair at the base for a better seal. Put a little Glide on the base of your penis and on the rim of the cylinder.
- Slide the cylinder on and press it firmly against your body. Keep your testicles outside the rim.
- Hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn it on. Tap once for automatic mode, or twice for manual.
- In manual mode, tap up to add pressure a step at a time and tap down to ease off.
- When you're done, tap quick release to let all the air out, then slide the cylinder off gently.

How long should a session be?
Keep each session to 5–10 minutes and never go past 10. Have no more than two or three sessions a day, with 15–20 minutes between them. Keep the total to 30 minutes or less in 24 hours. Take a day or two off each week.
Does it help with ED?
It isn't a medical treatment, and it doesn't cure ED. Many men find it helps them get a firmer erection in a few minutes, and a ring at the base can hold it for up to 30 minutes. If you have a health condition, check with your doctor first.
Will it make me bigger?
For a while. The vacuum draws blood in, which makes you fuller, especially in girth, and that fades after the session. We don't claim a permanent change in size.
Is it loud?
It makes a quiet hum while the motor builds pressure. The hum also tells you the seal is good. If it cuts out, press the cylinder back against your body and add a little more lube.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 60 minutes of use per charge, which covers several sessions. It charges over USB-C and can't be used while it's charging.
How do I clean it?
Take the cylinder off the motor unit after each session. Wash the cylinder and the silicone seal in lukewarm water with Erojoy Fresh or a mild soap, rinse well and let them dry completely. Wipe the motor unit with a dry cloth only, and keep water away from the charging port and the display. Store it somewhere cool and dry.
Can I use it in the shower?
The cylinder is waterproof. The motor unit isn't, so keep it out of the water.
Automatic or Manual: which should I get?
Both do the same job. Vacumate Auto builds the pressure for you and shows the number on a screen. Vacumate builds it by hand with a pump and a pressure gauge, with nothing to charge and no motor noise, for less. Choose the Automatic for ease and a number you can repeat. Choose the Manual if you want to feel every step and never charge anything.
