How do I sync it to a video?

We create your Faptap.net account when you order. If you already have one, order with the same email.
Open Faptap.net in Chrome, or in Bluefy on an iPhone, and log in.
Choose a video, or open FapAI and paste a link.
Click Connect and select Erojoy Thrust Sync.
Press play.

Do I need FapAI?

No. Your first month is included, then it's $19 a month if you keep it. Without it, Thrust Sync still syncs with AI up to a daily limit and plays the full hand-synced library.

Will it work with my phone or computer?

Yes. Use Google Chrome on Windows, macOS or Android, or the free Bluefy browser on iPhone and iPad. Safari and VR headsets aren't supported.

Is it loud?

It isn't silent. The fastest rhythms are the loudest, peaking at about 42dB, roughly a fridge's hum. Slower rhythms and vibration alone are quieter, and the video's sound covers a lot of it. If it has to be inaudible through a shared wall, this isn't that device, and we'd rather you hear that from us now.

What's in the box?

Thrust Sync with the Original sleeve, a USB-C cable and the user manual. Charge it for 3-4 hours before the first session, with the cable from the box.

How do I charge it safely?

Charge Thrust Sync with the cable from the box, plugged into a certified 5V USB wall adapter from a reputable brand, like the one that charges your phone, or into a computer. Like any rechargeable device, it's only as safe as the cable, adapter and power strip it's charged with.

Don't use cheap, unbranded or damaged adapters and cables, or ones that feel loose or get warm.
Make sure the device and its charging port are completely dry before you plug it in.
Charge on a hard, dry surface away from bedding and anything that could catch fire, and don't leave it charging unattended or overnight.
Unplug it once it's fully charged.
If the device, cable or adapter gets hot, smells of burning, sparks or swells, unplug it at the wall straight away, stop using it and contact support.

Lost or damaged the cable? Contact support for a replacement rather than using another one. Our warranty doesn't cover damage caused by misuse, which includes charging with a damaged, modified or uncertified cable or adapter.

What lubricant should I use?

Water-based only, like our Glide. Oil-based lube breaks down the sleeve.

Can I use it in the shower?

The sleeve can go in water. The device can't, so keep it dry.

How do I clean it?

Take the sleeve out, turn it inside out and rinse it under warm water with Erojoy Fresh or a mild soap. Let it dry fully and dust it with Renewal Powder to keep it soft. Wipe the body with a dry cloth, because only the sleeve can get wet.
